Today's Dinner: Chinese Style Corn Soup!

Or rather, what will be PART of today's dinner:

Corn soup~ The Chinese way
With red dates, dried scallops (bao bei) and um.. pork soup bones?


When it's starting to boil

I prefer Chinese style soups more than Western soups as they are light, the tastes are all from natural ingredients, and so easy to make ^^ 

Just chop everything up, throw them into the pot and let it brew~
